Christopher Olley, founder and CEO of MBA Academy, is a highly skilled instructor who has coached both men and women from first grade through college.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Coach Olley began his head-coaching career as the varsity girl's coach at Eau Claire Regis High School, where his team set a school record for wins in a season in 1984.

He became head coach at the College of St. Catherine (St. Paul, Minn.) in 1986, and then head women’s coach at Concordia-St. Paul in 1989.

At Concordia he won a conference title and was named conference Coach of the Year in 1991. Christopher trained seven All Conference Players, five Academic All Americans and one All American for CSP.

In 1996 Coach Olley was named head boy's basketball coach at Saint Paul's Arlington Senior High School, where he was named conference Coach of the Year in 2000. During his stay at Arlington, Coach Olley helped developed one MBCA All State player, eight All Conference players, and 22 Academic All Conference athletes.

Olley is an experienced teacher; he has a Master's Degree from Viterbo College (LaCrosse, WI, 1994). He lives in Racine, Wisconsin with his wife Jane and four children Allison, Luke, Jackson, and Katherine.

Tony Olsen brings a wealth of coaching and playing experience to the MBA staff.

Coach Olsen currently teaches physical education at Eastview High School in Apple Valley, Minn., where he was also a top assistant for the girl's basketball program.

In 2000, Olsen was named Minnesota Assistant Coach of the Year by the MGBCA. The Eastview Lightning is consistently a highly ranked program in the state of Minnesota, producing many scholarship athletes, including current University of Minnesota star Jamie Broback.

Olsen’s playing career included two seasons at Inver Hills Community College, where he was named All Conference and team captain. Olson completed his playing days at UW River Falls in 1985. In 1999 he earned a Masters degree from St. Mary’s University (Winona, Minn.).

Olsen has 20 years of extensive experience working with youth sports in basketball, soccer, softball and baseball.

He has served as director of Minnesota Timberwolves Basketball Camps as well as many other summer programs in the Midwest. Olson also assisted for the boys’ program at Rosemount High School as well as the men’s team at Macalester College (St. Paul Minn.).

He lives in Woodbury, Minn., with his wife Jeannine and two children, Elliot and Marisa.
